Success in reaching your external communication and PR goals takes some simple steps:
Listening: First, we listen, to understand your unique communication challenges, your story, your target audience, your aspirations, and where PR can have the most impact and most benefit for you.
Planning: Working closely with you to tailor a strategy most suitable for your organisational goals. Here we cover what needs to be delivered, how we are going to deliver it, whether we need to engage specialists in market research or other analysis, and understand what success looks like for you.
Doing: Making things happen is what we do – this may involve working closely with you and your internal team, or by partnering with other external resources. We are usually engaged on a retainer basis to fulfil ongoing communication needs, but we are also engaged for projects.
Reporting: We provide results based on your objectives established in the “listening” and “planning” phase – we agree with the principles set out in the Barcelona Principles for PR and communications measurement, that “setting measurable goals is an absolute pre-requisite to communication planning, measurement and evaluation”.
